TOTOS Pepper & Salt restaurant required solid branding through a range of applications including stationary, signage, menus, press ads, interior features and also their own fishing vessel. Situated at Port Bouvard, the restaurant's logo needed a worldly, organic, yet stylish feel.

While portraying the concept of "pepper & salt", the strong use of black and white allows the identity to be very versatile, offset against the rich colours of food, interior paintings and textures at TOTOS marina location. Menus have been made interchangeable and are hand crafted, adding to the customer experience.
